Cell towers
Land owners: a possible site for a tower
If you have a property you would like Velocity Strategies to consider, please read the criteria below before you send the property form.
Velocity Strategies works on siting colocation towers. A colocation tower lets a landowner potentially get paid by several carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others), not just one.
Design criteria for property evaluation
Typically, the facilities need ground space on which our client would build either a monopole or, where needed, a stealth tower, plus the communication compound.
Land for tower sites
- Should provide a leased area of about 50 by 50 feet
- Should be no more than 100 to 500 feet from a paved public street
- Should preferably be in a zoning classification that allows communication structures
- Must provide access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to every part of the facility

How properties are evaluated
Our team of real estate, construction and radio-frequency engineers evaluates every property for viability. We will let you know we received your information, but we only move forward with property owners and managers whose properties meet our team members’ and the carriers’ current needs.
Because of the number of properties sent to us, we regret that we cannot follow up on every inquiry unless the property meets our team’s needs.
If your property fits, here’s how to start
Send the property form below. When you give the location, please include directions and distances from the nearest major intersection in the details. Following these guidelines greatly improves our ability to find and evaluate your property.
If our team feels your property is a potential candidate for a facility, we look forward to learning more about it.
