Opportunities

Cell towers

We work with our team to site colocation towers and to buy existing towers. Two ways to work with us:

A tall light pole carrying cell antennas beside a park playing field, oak trees and a sand volleyball court around it

Land owners: a possible site for a tower

Own land near a paved road where carriers need coverage? A colocation tower lets a landowner potentially get paid by several carriers, not just one.

Tower owners: looking to sell

Our team members are buying single towers and complete portfolios anywhere in the United States. No portfolio is too big or too small.

Towers that fit their surroundings

Depending on the site and its neighbours, our clients build either a monopole or, where needed, a stealth tower that blends in.
